Emoto claims that by listening to the music on the enclosed CD and looking at the pictures in the book, that healing can be affected. I do not know about that, but the pictures of the crystals are stunning and the music is simply beautiful. Dr. Emoto Is one with the water and does an excellent job of explaining and showing us how we are, too! Since our bodies are comprised of so much water, we are impacted by everything, and his research shows us how. His work with water crystals is nothing shorting mind-expanding. You can actually SEE how music impacts us! You can SEE how music can calm, heal, even anger us! There is so much to be learned from Dr. Emoto's work, and this is just the beginning. I highly recommend this book, complete with the beautiful recordings that create the amazing cellular changes shown in the book! Master pieces!

Awesome book and music! TheCDs are great to listen to when stuck in traffic! The only thing that keeps me sane!
Did you know that your body is about 90% Water? The book was a great read and I loved the 2 free CD's. I will be having surgery in the next 45 days and it was the main reason I purchased the book. I have felt so much better that I am now wondering if I really need the surgery.I especially liked his research on water, one where he analized pond water and then subjected the water to healing music. The proof is in his slides. The water that was exposed to healing music and/or blessings formed beautiful crystals. Did you know you are 90% water? What if you cells can heal? You have nothing to loose and every thing to gain.
I was pleasantly surprised by this book/cd. I had a copy years ago when it first came out that I never did anything with at the time. I was amazed at the improvement in my energy levels and moods from listening to just one of the CDs ! It makes me regret that I neglected the long ago copy that is now lost.
