I am amazed that this book was printed on Thanksgiving Day 2018 and delivered to me the following Sunday (today). Other than that I am unfavorably impressed.This book was obviously written either by someone who doesn’t speak English well, or was written in another language and auto-translated by a bad computer program and never proofread or edited at all. Most of the good reviews were written exactly like the writing in the book. Hmmm…Here are a few sentences from the part of the book that attempts to explain air frying:“It’s too simple yet very innovate cooking technique.â€[The author loves the word innovate, and uses it incorrectly throughout the book.]“The air fryer contains a wide disposable tray, exactly like a rice cooker.â€[The tray is not disposable.]“The quality of people which will be served also plays an important role in buying an air fryer.â€[I think the author meant quantity of people.]“…people who want to have various cooking approaches from a single appliance can grab their hands onto this device instantly.â€From the recipe section:“Make it for your family all the time and they would just cannot get enough.â€[From the Fruity Tacos recipe] “These are the best tacos innovated to be served as dessert by replacing fruits with meat.†[No, you replace the meat with fruit.
